The Board probably hopes shareholders feel the need to kick in so as not to be diluted. However, in the absence of good news the shorters and other manipulators will probably continue to drive the price down post close of the capital raise. If there was some good news likely soon, the raise would have been delayed until the news. There is nothing atm to change the omentum. So my guess is there will be more down for the SP than up in the short term - but then MSB is a long term play.
