Still waiting on Cephalon (Teva) ... if they took up their 1 for 12 entitlement that would be 4,684,817 shares (above 1%) and so would need to issue change notice by COB today.......

..... Silviu has 5 days from Monday to lodge Change of Director's Interest Notice, but if he took up his full entitlement you would imagine he would want the market to know that asap ?
His entitlement is 5,587,054 shares @ $1.40 ($7.96m) .... may have tapped into his Margin Loan Facility ... hehe

..... MNK .... well we will never know what they did as they sit under the 5% threshold ...
