It will be interesting to find out if the current major pharma shareholders of MSB took up their full entitlement and more. I'm talking about Teva, Celgene and MNK here.

As I stated in the previous post - ASX rules only make provision for 2 remaining notices that we will see (and in Teva's case - only if they uptake shares that exceed a 1% increase):

Still waiting on Cephalon (Teva) ... if they took up their 1 for 12 entitlement that would be 4,684,817 shares (above 1%) and so would need to issue change notice by COB today.......

..... Silviu has 5 days from Monday to lodge Change of Director's Interest Notice.

MNK have kept their holding at 4.99% for a reason ... so they don't have to update the market with what they are doing in a scenario exactly like this - we will never know what they did/did not uptake ..... well not until such time as they exceed 5% and the notice will declare previous number of shares held - then you could compare that to the 4.99% notice ... again we won't know now.
