Very good point! If I were in charge of the press release, I wouldn't describe a capital raising which had at least 78m shares not taking up their entitlements as "oversubscribed". Although it might be technically correct, it still is a little bit misleading.
It will be interesting to find out if the current major pharma shareholders of MSB took up their full entitlement and more. I'm talking about Teva, Celgene and MNK here.
If they didn't, in my opinion, a failure to support MSB by the big pharmas is a bigger indictment than the support shown by a fund manager whose investment performance has been struggling recently.
As for Silviu's entitlement, I'm pretty sure he didn't take up his full entitlement.

Moving on to the Retail component, with MSB share price hovering at a level that is only 5% higher than the Offer price, I'm wondering if MSB shareholders are planning to support this capital raising or not.
The question that shareholders need to ask themselves is, "Will I support this raising, knowing that there is a real possibility of MSB asking for more money in about 3 months time?"
