I wouldn't waste too much time wondering why fund managers buy or sell. They will sometimes sell stocks the manager doesn't want to sell for reasons of balance, portfolio concentration constraints, or stops on unrealised profit levels.
After recent price increases, IMU may just be a victim of its own success.
