I bought may 2016 as other's did at 1.3- 1.5 cent's, after brl announced on the 19th april they were seeking to raise nz $4.57 ml through the issue of unsecured convertible notes, It was the largest share holder's who participated and as for the rest of us that was good new's as at the time I for one would not be interested in participating as it was still a risk for us even securing solid energy. At the time Brl was not in any position to buy Solid energy, and I Thank management for securing the funding and buying S E. The price we paid 1.3-1.5 cent's a share certainly didn't include solid energy. So when Brl secured money to help buy SE and the share price moved up to 17-18 cent's I for one say congratulation's to convertible note holder's and management on doing a good job. At the present price 12.5-13 cent's represent's a very cheap entry point. As for shareholder's who are disappointed with the CN issue put it behind you and move on.The future court case with buller coal is a disappointment and they shouldn't of put themselve's in that position it's something we can do without.
