I wonder if the directors & staff would not have benefited from SE gain would there have been such animosity against them. They we’re privy to inside information in such as negotiations but were not to know that the ball would sail in between the post . Let’s say they got lucky & the share holders have benefited with higher sp & a promising future. But it’s the ones left out u have to worry about. Good luck
