Let's face it. The reason why there are so many supermarkets and online stores opening in Australia is they want a piece of the high margin action. Individually, they are not going to do a whole heap to undermine that margin, otherwise their business case for entering the Australian (a small) market is for naught. That's one of the reasons ANZs super-regional policy was flawed and they had to back out of the lower margin Asian countries. Net take away is that Amazon will want Australian margin to be preserved and therefore TRS is reasonably safe.
