Nah - that is one of the more dodgey share transfers/sells I've seen for a long time.
OTHER people in the past have done these "transfers to staff" as a front to moving stock to other personal or trust accounts offshore and minimising capital gains tax. Those staff are sometimes other family members.
Either way, it is quite clear why most people wont touch TTC shares even though the fundamentals of the company appear great. TTC may be another example of a Chinese company with 2 sets of financials - one for our benefit and the real ones. The dropping share price, the cancellation of two HQ building contracts and then the CEO moving shares around.
Interesting indeed - I wouldn't stick too much money in this company because it is definitely not being run for the benefit of the shareholders.
