    Looks to me like its just been pushed around in a tug-of-war between large accumulators and short-sellers. Looking at https://www.shortman.com.au/stock?q=VTG you can see multiple days where quite a high percentage of trades were shorts - the last burst was Wednesday, which hasn't worked out well for the shorters given the price surge over the last 2 days
