Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-4

No Squire, it looks like he just ceased to be a Director of one of the companies that held as part of Rob Martin's related group. The company is SBD Drilling p/l. My first thought was: why would ceasing to be a Director remove that holding from his related group? The ownership of the shares and control of the company should be relevant too.

The change happened when? Hmmm, try to work that one out! On page 1 at the top it says 20/10/17. On page 2 of the Annexure it says 28/11/16.

When I saw the title of the Notice I thought that the info would have been changes to the substantial holdings because of the recent placement either because of acquisition or dilution, but no. Interesting!!
