This date was the original closing date for the offer. So Efdl now own just under 25%, and have extended offer to Jan 18th, while waiving the minimum 50% criteria. I can't see many more selling now. Bearing in mind you can sell on the market now for 24.5c. Also it has become obvious about a few things. Efdl have no plans to sell out and are now just looking to get their shareholding % increased. I hope that the share price continues to rise. And then after 18th efdl say we are staying put, and will give company time to prove themselves or some other disingenuous rubbish. This share has to be in the 30s easily. It is also nice to see copper drop and bounce back over $3lb.
