Agree. I have signed with Simonds to build my next home, so have some interest in this stock. Like many similar floats heading south after listing, it wouldn't be surprising if the Simonds family ultimately sell out. Kelvin Ryan ex-BGC Residential from WA has joined today as new CEO replacing the grandson of the founder. Although MJH Grp hold a major stake, these things take a while to work out, may be full 12 months? I will watch with interest. Note this stock got a speeding ticket recently, but the stock has dropped back since then.
