Rubs me a bit too I guess. It does seem unusual, but i have limited experience in these sorts of matters, and can't really see any precedents.
I see GP is only listed as a 'consultant' with Mac Equity now. I'm sure that hasn't always been the case? Perhaps McLarty/Pocock saw the potential for conflict and forced/agreed that hand?

Stock broking consultancy is a little different to a directorship. There would be a standard Consultant's Agreement signed, to protect each party against conflict of interest.
All good imo. And the raft of unlisted options that takes us out 3 or so years is just maybe the masterstroke? No loose handed CR likely, and investment money has full and total visibility with our forward dilution.
