this game was rank 66 in november, rank 20,611 in january and then the next 2 days in jan took it to global rank 16.

the real thing to look for is stability, the trend of the global rank positions. While idle miner tycoon there has a wild fluctuation day to day the trend is stable.

We have barely any data at all on Crazy Defense Heroes so the trend isn't clear. the wild fluctuation can simply be written off as normal reporting for apps on apptrace. Even if its on a downward trend which would be bad, the worldwide release and the android release could easily reverse this, or just prolong the games death (all games die eventually sale wise) until after the company has released follow up profitable products.

But, just in my humble opinion the revenue figures should be huge. Even if we make some very bad, very conservative assumptions, such as the android release doubles current sales figures due to doubling the playerbase (Bad assumption because android users outnumber IOs in currently released areas) you'd be looking at $500,000 weekly revenue from that roll out alone.
