The only thing that caught my eye was how much of the holding was held by UBS London branch (12.2m + 242k or 55.6% of the total UBS stake).
My question is: why would the London branch be so interested in owning/ controlling such a large percentage of a small ASX200 materials company???
I thought, hmmmm, what other large players have an office based in London????

Maybe, just maybe, there's method to their madness!!!
By the way, 12.4m shares is currently worth circa $42.2m and is 3% of the total issued capital. That's not insignificant!!!
