The company themselves are privy to what is happening on the register all the time, they know who is doing what, it would indicate to me they do not have a proper dialogue with BR in fact it may well be adversarial. Certainly something I would expect Kalenn to have picked up on his trip, after all BR have been doing this for almost 4 years as I see it.
