    Mr Meng scoops another 5m bringing ovwnershio of Uscom to 16.9% ... if this isn’t a green light I will give up. Horrible day for risk markets after Friday’s US sell off. Very nice levels to accrue UCM Long term here. Best of luck guys. Let’s hope Meng (we) are onto a good thing.
