I'd say Regal was forced to sell out. There seems to be holdings in 2 funds, 1 by the small cap manager whom has kept the holding and 1 by the macro / volatility manager whom has now sold out all their shares.
This should be a good sign as selling now gone. Let's remember what has happened in the last week. hedge funds under pressure having to sell assets to meet blood elsewhere.
I'd say he'll look pretty silly post the results coming out this month. Onward and upward.
