He bought another 23.3 mil shares on 22 Feb 18 for 3.3 cents for $768,900. Sp price b4 suspension was 2.6 cents, a premium of 37% or 0.6 cents he paid. Logically speaking sp would open minimum 3.3 cents after announcement . Can anyone else explain the rationale or did I see it wrong ?
