I am thinking that the bod has asked the dissenting SH's to put their issues in writing which they have decided not to do. Good on em. I'd like to see MF out to be frank, simply on the recent press his companies have recd for not paying debts and staying in TH for months on end. At least one. Not to mention HOR which has been stagnant for many many months. All imho.
