The fact that he has increased his holding to 12.5% shows that he is fair dinkum about:
1. Bronwyn staying on as a Director.
2. The company's prospects.
3. Maintaining, if not strengthening, his influence on the company, even though not as a Director.
Some will see 1 and 3 as not a good thing. Everyone should see 2 as a very good thing. You'd hope that 1 and/or 3 have not dominated the buying intent.
