Please explain where the votes will come from? How many % of shares will Weier + Jiangxi + Burwill have in the whole project?

Think about percentages after the merge.

Weier's 13% becomes about 6.5%, hardly a controlling percentage.

Add them up and report back, how many shares are involved in the 3 companies you mention? How much of a percent of the total merged company do they own?

I'm sure there's other people in the Top 20 which will disagree with a "cheap" take.
