You'd be surprised what they'll go for if they get offered incentives, bonuses or off market transactions . Anyway why is it necessary for a takeover to include offers, low-ball or otherwise when the one taking over already has a substantial holding and pulling the strings ?
Careful manipulation of sp and accumulation can put enough stock into the hands of a few top holders to allow the company to go private. Afterwards the individual holders can sell out through a private deal and is all above board.
If you believe the big boys will play fair to get their hands on your lithium then you are in for a rude shock.
