July 10 (Reuters) - Burwill Holdings <0024.HK>:Formation of joint venture.Unit Burwill Commodity Limited entered into joint venture contract with Jiangxi Jiangte Mining Development Co.JV co will be established as a limited liability company with registered capital of rmb80 million.JV company will be held as to 50% by BCL and 50% by Jiangte Mining.JV Company will principally engage in processing of lithium concentrates and sales of lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide.
