"From 2 May 2018 the current MG shareholder selldown restrictions will cease to apply and MG shareholders will be able to sell shares through the STP (subject to any third party security interests) but will not be able to buy shares through the STP."

So from here onwards, I cannot buy anymore MGC?

If I sell now, surely there are buyers to complete the transaction, who are they? institution?
