I still think the opportunity for all holders to participate equally in future capital raises is an important gesture from the company to the long term small holders to allow those that wish to participate to avoid dilution. In my other oiler (WPL) I took up the offer recently to raise 2.5B capital. I was not diluted. We cannot rely on prices falling after a capital raise to purchase equity and avoid dilution.
