OK, so say Szaba is right about Yevgeniy Feld taking a position in FAR, then maybe just maybe HSBC are holding for CNOOC ?
Someone large has a position thru HSBC, who is it ?
I just can't see how CNOOC wouldn't have their fingers in this somewhere ?
And if so, it can only be HSBC or Citi.
Citi are holding the Meridian shares.
If Meridian go to 20%, then I'd fully expect the HSBC nom to be in hot pursuit.
