Hi all, been reading from time to time but haven’t posted for a while. Hope everyone’s doing well.
This is a bit confusing now. If they are backing us, why wouldn’t they just buy straight from market? That way if share price goes up they can profit from it.
The situation now is also a bit different from shorting, shorting is they sell what they borrowed at high price and buy back and return at lower price. Now they just borrowed, accumulated and on net didn’t sell many, so if they just keep holding these borrowed shares, what can they get out of this in the end??
