I can assure you for a big boy to steal 1.1 million customers they will need to discount many of their plans for a very long time. It will result in a lower ARPU on their existing customer base which would be multiples of the 1.1M low ARPU customers they steal.

I think we are close to peak pessimism here. TPG headline proposed plans are on a half built network. Not sure they'll have any any decent traction in customers for another 2 years.
