Markets changed. Pet Barn and big box retail is at near capacity for sites, disruptive technology and Amazon changed the landscape and in my opinion we have reached Peak Vet with no more growth and corporate group models subject to push back.
Apart from that, knock yourself out and go big. Toss an offer on the table
