I amost bought this around $2 untill i looked a bit closer and saw them paying their dividends out of debt and how high it had become.

Why would you want to buy in a business where your margins are being compressed from every side with no end in sight?

I dont see any near term catalyst for these businesses to start improving.
5g may turn this industry around, but that is years away, and not everyone will win.
