I thought RIM was the seller!
Eduardo sold 3.4M at 16c-17c out of 23M shares
but was buying 1.5M in Sept/Oct at 11c-12c & 2M in Dec at 8.5c
looks like sale of a trading parcel not the bulk of his 20.7M remaining,

Net sold over 8 months -2.2M and he goes under 5% so doesnt need to disclose any further. He can trade without notice now plus he still holds 20.7M at 4.5% which is a large holding still.

3.4M x 16.5c-11c = a neat 190k profit on his 3M trading parcel

His 3.4M sale recently doesnt explain the 25M volume the last 4 weeks, someone else has been selling so it must be RIM. Wheres their notice?

Looks like Eduardo loves those bullets and he is holding onto most of them and sold a few cheap ones for profit. He hasnt sold 90% of it, has traded some and was buying low. Looks like he is a long term bull that like to trade & cash in now and then, not surprising.

Whats surprising is that he hasnt bought more low and sold more higher up and who is the other larger seller than him and who are all those buyers of 25M at 12c-17c?

Closing volume match still at 17.0c, big gap there 15.5 to 16.5/17.0, buyer wants cheaper but sellers not interested.
