To me there are 2 risks. 1) The bill, and 2) Brexit
Regarding the bill, I am aware of that risk. I suspect the bill may act in SPZ's favour. It'll weed out all the cowboy operators, and clarify a clear set of compliance type measures required. Regardless, the bill is still in the process - no idea how long it'll go through both houses before it becomes law.
I wouldn't mind hearing an update from Paul re: UK CEO/CFO and whether anything else has been found.
Re: Brexit, if it does happen, the pound may be a short term concern.
