Why is the statement that most sellers will hold until closer to closing date before selling ridiculous? Facts do back that, that is why there is fairly low volume compared to a few weeks ago. People are holding until closer to August. It is obvious, why accept now, you don't get money quicker and you may miss anything better (albeit unlikely) . Hold for another week just to be sure then send in acceptance. That is blindingly obvious.
