Yes. This is true, we see this happen all the time in so many stocks. But it comes down to how much you trust the management team to do the right thing and act in the best interest of shareholders... and given their history (Matt Yates in particular) and how much money they have made for shareholders in the past (me included) I’m sure whatever path they chose will be good for us in the long run and that’s what’s most important.
