If the Bidder is able to reach 90% before the Offer Period closes at 7:00pm (Sydney time) on 3 August 2018, the Bidder intends to compulsorily acquire the remaining Shares. Shareholders who accept into the Offer before the end of the Offer Period will receive the $1 of consideration for their Realm Shares under the Offer sooner than shareholders whose Realm Shares are compulsorily acquired."
