There will certainly be some people out there who just want the cash in hand and move on. Especially as it will be profit to most holders.
This stock is probably worth $3-4 but $1.35 may be the best we get for a long time. I was holding strong but wheni saw the last target statement recommend accept (despite being not fair) then i figured the game is up! Filled my form in that afternoon and keen to move on. I suspect a few others have done the same. Real shame but big bad T2 will win. I will never invest where they are involved ever again.
