There are quite a lot of funds now that have a 5%+ stake in Pac. It’s a passive way to purchase exposure to the ownership structure of numerous overseas fund managers at reduced risk. It’s funny in a way as I doubt the Pac board & management thought it would lead to this vastly different investment proposition that they are now becoming.
