Hey Row (and others soon to be rich) if your shares are in a CHESS holding you dont need to post the form in - just call your Controlling Participant (broker, CommSec or the like) and they will instantly send your acceptance to Link. This gives maximum time this week before offer closing to see if another offer is made (although highly unlikely considering Gina and Twiggy are mates and Twiggy's AGO buy-in was purely to block MinRes now him and Gina can divvy up the assets once Atlas is delisted). And don't be fooled by all the 4.25c cross trades. No notices of substantial holdings - im sure these purchases are "related" to Gina's bid and all perfectly legal. AIMHO
