Groundhog2, agree completely with your shareholding assertions. The question is, the BOD don't seem to have the backing of any particular shareholders. To me this is a most unusual arrangement. Especially when the majority are not resident in Australia. There is so much happening that it would seem vital to be close to the action. I don't feel at all comfortable with the situation. I wish the audited report was available.
