Another postulation or possible scenario, not sure if it is possible.
If major holders in a company have a total of more than 75% can they decide to delist the company?
We know Twiggy as 20%; Gina is now at 26%, if between them they get to 75% can they delist, pay out the minority shareholders and carve up Atlas assets as they find fit? That could from a Redstone FMG be the most strategic way of getting the assets.
