@ozzieKochie , I don't have much knowledge of what will happen with the options but regarding possibility of spilling the BOD, I can only speculate (happy to be corrected) that with Gina+Twiggy having 50%, retailers/AGO united 5% (AT LEAST) and thankfully the rest are pretty much instos and any lame duck BOD will have opted out their shares and hence will not have much voting power, ... this all tells me that there is a good chance that YES the BOD will be spilled and I think the retailers/AGOunited and instos are seasoned or knowledgeable investors and willingly put their trust into any nominee who is happy to work with Gina+Twiggy. So, to me this IS THE END of this BODs.
