In my opinion most major shareholders planning to sell will do so late Friday just to make sure there is no new offer. I am surprised by people selling on market at 4.2c at all. The major movement is likely to be off market after 2pm tomorrow and announced Monday morning . Unless there is an extension of the offer. From looking at other friendly takeovers my opinion remains 55-60% assuming FMG hold.
