And there is $2.3 mill left out of just over $4 mill raised.

Yes $173k supposed to be spent on exploration in current quarter which has 3 weeks left and we have seen zero announcement of any exploration activities, on anything but for what Oz Minerals are paying for.

You ask if prospectus was misleading the prospectus was used to get investors to put money into this.
