given REF financial report will be out by 24th, thats another 10 working days, Manning and his family associates seems good at tax etc, and considering recent ATO case regards how trustees can manage to distribute franking credits disconnected to the underlying income, REF's over 6mil franking credit must value a lot to accountant than contact lens seller, i imagine they must be in a hurry to put something together very very soon before REF boards dividend decision is my guess, what do you reckon @Wozza
