    The offer extension to 31 August means that we will have answers to all of these questions before deciding to accept.
    The existing BOD may appoint new directors instead of an EGM. Trying to get my head around the AGM implications. There is no doubt the BOD will change; the questions are who wants to be responsible for the AGM/AR and how soon do they want the strategic review to commence?
