I don't see why naming you as a group "recalcitrant shareholders" is disrespectful.
You are against, but you don't know what you are for, what is this "better deal". Why a small group of shareholders, about 3% on my latest estimate, should get some special financial treatment.
Speculators, instos, Gina, Andrew are owners of exactly the same ordinary shares as you are and owe you nothing, this is how capitalism works.
Elizabeth Gaines was talking about some imaginary "strategic benefits" to cover up for Andrew's little adventure, she may get some educational benefit by learning a trick or two from Gina.
I watched twice Elizabeth's interview on Bloomberg channel, she looked very tired and for a person familiar with FMG's problems mostly unconvincing. The market did not believe her.
