When people go bankrupt in the US they usually are really bankrupt . US friend of mine had to sell her home to pay for her deceased husbands tax liabilities very severe tough laws over there as regards owing money simply going bankrupt is definitely not the solution (apart from Trump ) here in Australia used by too many people to simply avoid paying creditors entire families can and are affected by shifty bankrupts .
