I just want the ability to write off the value of my holding which I can’t do while the company is still active in the ATO’s eyes. I wrote to ASIC / ASX months ago and received an ambiguous response. If only the ASIC had the powers to walk into the ICBC bank branch in Sydney and freeze the supposed $60 million in their bank account we would all be happy.
